Length, width, and the cut if there is one. Our guide shows where to measure on the ten most common layouts. Or pick your van from the library and we fill the numbers in.

Check the drawing, order

The configurator draws your mattress to scale with every dimension on it. The drawing goes on your order confirmation. That is what we cut.

Cut tomorrow, sleeping on it next week

Cut, sewn and roll-packed within 24 working hours in our own factory. Courier to your door in 4–6 working days. Unroll, 2 hours, done.

Made-to-measure means it is yours — it is cut for one bed and cannot go back on sale, so the 100-night trial and the 14-day cancellation right do not apply. What does apply: we cut exactly what is on your drawing, we weigh and photograph it before it is rolled, and if your measurements were wrong we remake it at half price.

Questions motorhome owners ask

Will it really be dispatched within 24 hours?

Yes, on working days. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm UK time are cut, sewn, roll-packed and handed to the courier by the next working day. We are the factory, so there is no supplier to wait for. If we miss it, you get £50 back.

Do I pay anything on delivery?

No. Import duties and UK VAT are paid by us before the parcel leaves. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout or at the door.

What if my measurements are wrong?

The drawing on your order confirmation is what we cut. If the mattress does not match that drawing, we remake it free. If the drawing was right and the bed was measured wrong, we remake it at 50%.

Is a 15 cm mattress enough for a motorhome?

For most slatted or sprung bases, yes — 15 cm of 35 kg/m³ reflex is the motorhome standard. For a solid board base or sleepers over 95 kg choose 18–20 cm. The configurator suggests a firmness from your weight.

Can I return it?

A made-to-measure mattress is cut for one bed and cannot be resold, so the 100-night trial and the 14-day cancellation right do not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)). Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
