We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

What we have done

• Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Product photographs and diagrams carry descriptive alternative text.
• Headings follow a logical order so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
• Text resizes to 200% without loss of content or function, and the layout reflows on small screens.
• Body text meets the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratio against its background.
• Form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in text rather than by colour alone.
• Our brand video does not autoplay and loads only when you choose to play it.

Where we fall short

We are honest about this rather than claiming full conformance. Some product comparison tables scroll horizontally on narrow screens, which is harder to follow with a screen reader. The video is not captioned. We are working on both.
