100-night trial

Sleep on it for 100 nights. If it is not right, tell us and we will collect it.
What is included
Every standard-size mattress on this website. The trial does not apply to made-to-measure mattresses, toppers, pillows, duvets, bedding or protectors.
How it works
- Sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights. New mattresses feel different for the first few weeks, and your body needs that long to adjust. We will not accept a trial return before night 30.
- If it still is not right, email customers@cadarbeds.co.uk any time up to night 100.
- We arrange a two-person collection on a date that suits you.
- Once the mattress is back with us we refund the price you paid, less the collection charge.
The collection charge
Collection under the trial is not free. The charge is [TO BE CONFIRMED — collection fee, £], deducted from your refund. We will confirm the exact amount in writing before we book the collection, and you can decline and keep the mattress.
This charge does not apply if the mattress is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered — in those cases we collect and refund at our cost.
Condition of the mattress
We ask that the mattress comes back clean, dry and unstained. Please use a mattress protector for the whole trial. A mattress that is soiled, torn, burned or damp cannot be resold, and we may decline the trial return or reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
One trial per household
The trial can be used once per household. If you exchange for a different model, the replacement does not carry a new trial.
This is in addition to your legal rights
Separately from this trial you have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the mattress is faulty. The trial does not reduce either. See our Returns, refunds and cancellations policy.
