Our manufacturer's guarantee, in plain terms. It is given by us in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.

The guarantee for the product you are buying is shown on its own page. It runs from the delivery date and is not transferable if you sell or give the product away.
What it covers
- Faults in the materials or the way we made the product.
- Loss of height in the foam or filling greater than 25 mm, measured without any load, that is not the result of normal settling.
- Broken or displaced springs, and failed stitching or seams, that are not the result of misuse.
What it does not cover
- Normal settling and softening. Every mattress loses a little height in the first months; that is expected and is not a fault.
- Comfort preference. If the firmness is not right for you, use the 100-night trial instead.
- Stains, burns, tears, damp, mould, pet or insect damage.
- Damage from an unsuitable base — a mattress must sit on a firm, even, fully supporting surface with slats no more than 75 mm apart.
- Bending, folding or standing the mattress on end after delivery, and damage caused during a house move.
- Removal of the BS 7177 fire label, or use outside the UK.
- Commercial use, unless we agreed it in writing.
How to claim
Email customers@cadarbeds.co.uk with your order number, a description, and photographs including a measurement of any dip taken with a straight edge across the mattress and nothing on top. We may ask to inspect the mattress or to arrange collection.
If we accept a claim we will repair the product or replace it with the same model, or the nearest equivalent if it is no longer made. Where a replacement is issued, the guarantee runs from the original delivery date, not from the replacement. We do not pay compensation for loss of use.
Your legal rights come first
This guarantee is voluntary and additional. It does not limit anything you are entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where the two overlap, you may rely on whichever gives you more.
