Sizes we get asked for every week

Type any width and length. These are the ones that bring people here.

Corner cuts, cut-outs and rounded corners for fitted bedrooms, loft eaves and campervans. Depths 10–25 cm. Up to 300 cm long. Prices shown are for the sizes named at 15 cm reflex or 20 cm memory; the configurator gives the exact figure for yours.

How it works

Three steps. No tape-measure anxiety.

01

Measure inside the frame

Inside edge to inside edge, in centimetres or inches. Take 1 cm off each side for a mattress that drops in without forcing. Our guide covers divans, slatted frames, bunks and antique beds.

02

Check the drawing, order

The configurator draws your mattress to scale with every dimension on it. The drawing goes on your order confirmation. That is what we cut.

03

Cut tomorrow, sleeping on it next week

Cut, sewn and roll-packed within 24 working hours in our own factory. Courier to your door in 4–6 working days. Unroll, 2 hours, done.

Fit guarantee

If it does not match the drawing you approved, we remake it free.

Made-to-measure means it is yours — it is cut for one bed and cannot go back on sale, so the 100-night trial and the 14-day cancellation right do not apply. What does apply: we cut exactly what is on your drawing, we weigh and photograph it before it is rolled, and if your measurements were wrong we remake it at half price.

Why your mattress does not fit

UK sizes are 190 cm long. European frames are 200 cm. That 10 cm gap is why you are here.

Questions people ask before ordering an odd size

Can I give the size in inches?

Yes — switch the configurator to inches and type 4' 3" × 6' 2". We cut in centimetres to the nearest 0.5 cm and the drawing shows both.

Is a made-to-measure mattress the same quality as your standard ones?

Same foams, same covers, same factory, same fire-safety testing. The only difference is that it is cut for your frame instead of a standard one — which is why it cannot be returned, and why it fits.

Which depth and firmness should I choose?

For an everyday bed, 20 cm memory or 22–25 cm pocket sprung. For a guest room or a bunk, 15 cm reflex. Enter your weight in the configurator and it suggests a firmness; couples can choose a different firmness on each side with the split option.

Will it really be dispatched within 24 hours?

Yes, on working days. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm UK time are cut, sewn, roll-packed and handed to the courier by the next working day. We are the factory, so there is no supplier to wait for. If we miss it, you get £50 back.

Do I pay anything on delivery?

No. Import duties and UK VAT are paid by us before the parcel leaves. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout or at the door.

What if my measurements are wrong?

The drawing on your order confirmation is what we cut. If the mattress does not match that drawing, we remake it free. If the drawing was right and the bed was measured wrong, we remake it at 50%.

Can I return it?

A made-to-measure mattress is cut for one bed and cannot be resold, so the 100-night trial and the 14-day cancellation right do not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)). Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
