Shapes we cut every day
Pick the shape, type the numbers, see the drawing and the price.
Also: rounded corners, round, two widths. Depths from 10 cm for low-headroom berths. Any length up to 300 cm. Every mattress ships rolled, so it goes down the companionway in the box.
How it works
Three steps. No tape-measure anxiety.
Measure the berth at mattress height
Hull sides slope, so measure the width where the top of the mattress will sit, not at the base. Our guide shows exactly where on a V-berth and an aft cabin. Boat in the library? Pick it and the shape is pre-drawn.
Check the drawing, order
The configurator draws your berth to scale with every dimension on it. The drawing goes on your order confirmation. That is what we cut.
Cut tomorrow, aboard next week
Cut, sewn and roll-packed within 24 working hours in our own factory. Courier to your door or the marina office in 4–6 working days. Unroll, 2 hours, done.
Fit guarantee
If it does not match the drawing you approved, we remake it free.
Made-to-measure means it is yours — it is cut for one bed and cannot go back on sale, so the 100-night trial and the 14-day cancellation right do not apply. What does apply: we cut exactly what is on your drawing, we weigh and photograph it before it is rolled, and if your measurements were wrong we remake it at half price.

Questions boat owners ask
Will a rolled mattress fit through the companionway?
Yes — every mattress leaves roll-packed in a box about 40 cm across. A two-piece mattress arrives as two rolls. Unroll on the berth, give it 2 hours, zip the pieces together under one cover if you chose that.
Can you do 10 cm or 12 cm?
Yes. Low-headroom berths get 10–12 cm reflex in a higher density so it does not bottom out. Under 15 cm we do not fit a memory layer; it would be too thin to feel.
Why a marine cover and not the standard one?
Mesh sides let the foam breathe so moisture escapes instead of sitting under you; nylon zips do not corrode in salt air. For a boat that lives afloat we also recommend the 3D spacer underlay, which keeps an air gap between the berth board and the mattress.
Will it really be dispatched within 24 hours?
Yes, on working days. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm UK time are cut, sewn, roll-packed and handed to the courier by the next working day. We are the factory, so there is no supplier to wait for. If we miss it, you get £50 back.
Do I pay anything on delivery?
No. Import duties and UK VAT are paid by us before the parcel leaves. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout or at the door.
What if my measurements are wrong?
The drawing on your order confirmation is what we cut. If the mattress does not match that drawing, we remake it free. If the drawing was right and the bed was measured wrong, we remake it at 50%.
Can I return it?
A made-to-measure mattress is cut for one bed and cannot be resold, so the 100-night trial and the 14-day cancellation right do not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)). Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
